We purchase only corn -fed western
cattle which is graded Choice and Prime by the U.S. Department Of
Agriculture. We must obtain U.S.D.A. Choice beef from the West
where it is selected by experts expressly for us and shipped to
our order.
We strive to meet your needs as
precisely as possible, whether that involves mouth-watering choice
beef or leaner cuts for the health conscious. A complete line of
beef products are available, including Steaks, Roasts, Stew Meat
and Ground Beef.
A special line of gourmet beef is
available, featuring Porterhouse, Filet Mignon, T-Bone, Strip
